Narmer
We delivered a complete ads service for Maadi Narmer School to promote admissions (2024–2025 academic year), open day events, Cambridge curriculum, IGCSE pathway, student achievements (rhythmic gymnastics champions), alumni pride, and teacher recruitment. The campaign spanned multiple ad formats: interactive polls, inspirational quotes, event invitations, hiring announcements, and national celebration posts (30 June Revolution, Eid Al-Adha). Each creative reinforced MNS as a community-centered, internationally-minded school.
Campaign Goals:
- Drive new student registrations for the 2024–2025 academic year.
- Increase attendance at the Admission Open Day (Saturday 28th October 2023, 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM).
- Promote the Cambridge Curriculum for Primary School and IGCSE pathway as key differentiators.
- Showcase student success stories (gymnastics champions, alumni like Youssef Shoeb) to build trust and pride.
- Attract qualified teaching staff (Math, German, Music teachers) via recruitment ads.
- Maintain year-round engagement with cultural and national holiday posts (Eid, 30 June Revolution).
Strategy & Targeting:
- Target Audience: Parents in Maadi and greater Cairo, aged 30–50, seeking a Cambridge/IGCSE curriculum for their children (primary to secondary). Also teachers looking for jobs in reputable international schools.
- Psychographics: Value holistic education (academics + sports + character building), prefer schools with proven champions and alumni success, want clear admission processes, appreciate schools that celebrate national pride and religious holidays.
- Media Approach: Mixed-format static ads for Facebook, Instagram, school website, and parent WhatsApp groups – including interactive polls, inspirational quotes, event flyers, recruitment posts, and celebratory graphics.
- Tone: Empowering, proud, welcoming, and community-driven.
Ad Creatives:
The creative process began by identifying four core messaging pillars for Maadi Narmer School: academic excellence (Cambridge & IGCSE), student achievement (gymnastics champions & alumni), community engagement (open days, parenting sessions), and school culture (national holidays, hiring transparency). We then designed distinct creatives for each pillar, ensuring every ad felt like part of a unified brand family.
For engagement and fun, we created an interactive poll asking: “What’s your kid’s favorite subject? Vote with the corresponding reaction: Like for Math, Love for Science, Care for English, Wow for History.” This simple, low-friction post encouraged parents to engage while subtly highlighting the school’s strong subject offerings. For inspiration and brand positioning, we used a Christine Gregoire quote: “Education is the foundation upon which we build our future” – reinforcing MNS as a school that thinks long-term.
To showcase student excellence, we designed two gymnastics-focused creatives. One featured rhythmic gymnastics imagery with the headline “Our Champions” and “FED. VALENTYN CHAMPIONS” – celebrating real student athletes. Another simply stated “Gymnastics – Our Champions” to reinforce that MNS produces winners. For alumni pride, we created “Our Alumni; Our Pride” featuring Youssef Shoeb, with a playful “Why sparkling? Read the caption!!” to drive curiosity and comments.
For academic credibility, we produced two educational guide-style ads: “Cambridge Curriculum for Primary School: A Path to Success” and “IGCSE Guide: Understanding, Preparing, and Succeeding” – both positioning MNS as an expert, resourceful institution. For admissions, we created multiple event-driven creatives. One announced “Doors Open – Saturday 28th October 2023, 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM” with clear bullet points: parenting session, fun activities, school tour guided by senior students, and admission office visit. Another simply stated “2024–2025 Admission Open Day” and “Your Children Deserve the Best Education” – direct, aspirational, and urgent. A third invitation read “You Are Invited to Join our Admission Open Day” for repeated exposure.
For recruitment, we ran a hiring ad for the 2023/2024 academic year seeking Math teachers (Preparatory & Secondary), German teachers (all levels), and Music teachers (all levels) with a clear call-to-action to send CVs to hr@mns.edu.eg. Finally, for cultural relevance and community bonding, we created national celebration posts: “30 June Revolution” (in Arabic) and “Eid Al-Adha – Adha Mubarak” – showing that MNS is present, respectful, and part of Egyptian life.
Each design used the MNS brand colors, clear logo placement, consistent typography, and the school website URL. The creative process prioritized one clear objective per ad – never mixing a holiday greeting with a job posting or an open day invitation with a gymnastics champion story.
Results & Performance:
- Increased Admission Open Day attendance (Saturday 28th October 2023) with parents specifically mentioning the Facebook event ad.
- Interactive subject poll generated high engagement (likes, loves, cares, wow reactions) and provided the school with valuable parent preference data.
- Gymnastics champions ads drove positive comments from current parents celebrating their children’s teammates, building community pride.
- Cambridge & IGCSE guide ads positioned MNS as a thought leader, leading to direct inquiries to the admission office about curriculum details.
- Teacher recruitment ad successfully filled Math, German, and Music teacher positions within the target timeline.
- Eid Al-Adha and 30 June Revolution posts maintained year-round brand presence and showed parents that MNS shares their cultural and national values.
- Overall, the campaign strengthened MNS’s reputation as a school that balances academic rigor, sports excellence, alumni success, and community warmth – leading to increased registration inquiries for the 2024–2025 academic year.
