Ad Creatives:
The creative process started with identifying the two main property pillars: W Residences Dubai Harbour (global brand, prestige, yacht-filled marina) and Anantara Residences by Arada (ultra-luxury, resort lifestyle). We then layered investor triggers – 10-year Gold Visa, 10% down payment, private beach, sea view – into distinct visual frames.
One creative focused on “Secure your future with a smart investment choice” using a clean split: bold headline + residence name + Glimmr logo, creating instant authority. Another version targeted emotional buyers with “Live the Dubai Dream Today” rather than purely financial messaging. A third ad explicitly added safety messaging with “Your financial future is safe with us” – crucial for overseas buyers nervous about cross-border transactions.
One of the strongest performing creatives featured “Make a smart choice for your future” prominently highlighting “10 years Gold Visa applicable for this project” alongside a clear “BOOK TODAY” call-to-action – directly addressing the residency motivation. Another simplified the message for top-of-funnel awareness with “Your Ultimate Choice”.
For Anantara Residences, we used “Where every detail exceeds expectations” paired with “10% down payment” – making luxury feel accessible. Finally, two ultra-minimalist “lifestyle reminder” creatives were designed – one focusing on “Sea View” and another on “Private beach” – ideal for carousel ads or story sequences where the image alone sells the dream, with only the Glimmr logo for branding.
Each creative followed a pyramid structure: emotional/luxury headline → specific benefit (Visa, payment, view) → clear brand footer. The design palette used deep blues, gold accents, and clean white space to mirror Dubai Harbour’s ocean-and-luxury aesthetic. No overcrowding – each ad had one job: make the viewer feel wealthy, safe, and ready to inquire.
