Zia Amelia is an authentic Italian restaurant founded by an Italian family, with a well-established presence in El Gouna and a new expansion into New Cairo.
With a strong existing presence, the challenge was not to build awareness, but to maintain engagement, introduce fresh content directions and sustain demand in a competitive, digital-first market.

Zia Amelia is a family-owned restaurant where the owners are highly detail-oriented, with a strong focus on atmosphere, presentation and overall guest experience. Every piece of content needed to accurately reflect this level of precision.
At the same time, the project operated under a tight timeline: Within just 2 weeks, we had to build a full content calendar, align in a clear direction and execute a production shoot to support upcoming content.
The challenge was not just to create content, but to build a system that is consistent, high-quality, aligned with the brand’s standards and fast enough to deliver immediately.
Results
Performance over the 6-month period followed a clear trajectory: rapid growth, peak performance in December and stabilization at a higher baseline. Using October as the starting point, both views and reach showed significant increases, with sustained performance above initial levels even after the peak period.
