Founded by Baraka Karin Maatwk, a German-born expert in holistic healing, the BARAKA Institute for Integrative Consciousness is dedicated to exploring the deep connection between body, soul, and mind. Baraka’s journey began as a physiotherapist for nearly 20 years before she became deeply inspired by Constellation work, developed by Bert Hellinger. Her extensive training includes a three-year certification in Family Constellation under Hellinger’s second-generation students and further advanced training with Hellinger himself. She has also earned a diploma in Therapeutic Hypnosis and Hypnosis Research from the Swiss Association (GTH, H.I.T.T. ®), with a dual focus on Life & Focal Analysis in Hypnosis and Autogenic Training, a German relaxation technique.
